Superb Industrial Floor Marking

The SUPERB Industrial Floor Marking System is a three-part epoxy-based product that is used to paint long-lasting, high-visibility traffic lines onto factory and warehouse floors and other commercial and industrial surfaces. Our Floor Marking System provides permanent lines that are both incredibly visible and exceptionally resistant to the effects of heavy foot traffic, making them far more durable than any alternative system, whether it be epoxy-based or simply cello tapes, oil paint markings, etc.

Industrial floors of any material, warehouse floors, logistic park floors, mall and business hub parkings, and the marking of walkways, Ailes and even hazardous areas clearly benefit from the SUPERB Floor Marking System, a highly recommended and required traffic line painting system. It can withstand the weight of industrial trolleys and forklifts with ease. The Superb Industrial Floor Marking System is so tough that we like to brag that a WAR-TANK could drive over it.

If you don’t want your lines to have ragged edges because paint seeped beneath the tape, make sure the tape is securely attached to the surface you’ll be painting on. Detonating activator material and resin have a short working time (a gallon of mixed unit will harden in 20 minutes at 75°F, 24°C if left undisturbed), therefore be prepared to utilize the product as soon as it is combined.

Part A, B, and C should all be dumped out and thoroughly mixed for three minutes using an electric drill fitted with a jiffy-type mixing blade. Use a roller or brush to apply the blended paint to the primed surface. Because of how quickly it may be applied, a narrow short nap roller is highly recommended for this task. Paint should be floated rather than rolled out. The resulting thickness will depend on how hard you roll. After each use, thoroughly scrub all mixing and application apparatus.

Instructions:

Check the concrete’s moisture level before using this epoxy line marking technique. Remove any oil, dirt, or debris from the surface you’ll be applying on.
