Superb Block Joint Mortar
Superb Block Joint Mortar is AAC Block Adhesive. Due to the increasing use of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks in modern buildings and their highly absorbent nature, it becomes necessary to use an adhesive to secure these blocks. It holds porous blocks together far more effectively than the conventional fastening method.
It is intended to be mixed with water to generate a high-strength, thixotropic mortar for placing blocks or smoothing block work surfaces up to 10 mm thick.
The use of Superb Block Joint Mortar is an environmentally responsible practice that contributes to a cleaner work environment and causes minimal disruption to the adjacent area. This increases its significance in densely populated cities and sensitive areas. In contrast, conventional methods for producing, transporting, and applying plaster on the majority of construction sites are labor-intensive and prone to erratic, non-systematic practices. Consequently, the use of Superb Block Joint Mortar can prove to be more cost-effective in the long run, while ensuring that structures are constructed more quickly and with mortar that is backed by higher levels of quality assurance.

Apply a uniform layer of approximately 3 mm of Premium Block Joint. Place another block on the bed and use a rubber mallet to adjust the line level. (In practice, thickness refers to the distance between two surfaces to be joined. There should be no separation between two surfaces.)
- Ensure that the blocks are sound and free of any other scattered debris, such as oil.
- Before application, saturate the AAC blocks or the application area with water.
- Add Premium Block Joint to water and agitate until the mixture is lump-free and homogeneous, until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- Ensure that Blocks are aligned properly. Continue to remove access material after repairing the barriers.
