All Rounder (Signature Product)

Superb All Rounder generates thixotropy, allowing water-sensitive ceramic tiles and natural stone to be laid even diagonally or from top to bottom on extremely malleable and expandable, absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Substrates must be compact and constant, clear of dust, oil, and grease, free of rising damp, and without any loose, flaking, or poorly anchored pieces. The substrate must be stable, without fractures, and have finished the hygrometric shrinkage curing phase. Surface irregularities must be addressed with appropriate smoothing and finishing solutions.

CLEANING:

Superb All Rounder’s residues can be cleaned from tools and covered surfaces with soap water & alcohol while the adhesive is still fresh. It is preferable to clean the surface at the time of application.

TO GET THE MOST BONDING, APPLY ON BOTH SURFACES:

The user must put together a portion of adhesive that can be utilized in 30 minutes. Must be used with a toothed spreader of the proper size and shape for the format and kind of tiles used. Apply a fine product layer with the smooth section of the spreader, pushing down onto the substrate to achieve optimum adherence. Press each tile down to ensure complete covering of the surface. Use the double-spread approach to assure 100% product application to the back of the tiles in high-traffic areas, outdoor applications, and wherever a high-elasticity laying system is required.

RIGHT WAY TO USE:

Superb All Rounder is prepared by mixing together parts A and B from the bottom upwards, using a low-rev (~400/min.) helicoidal agitator. Mix uniformly until it’s smooth, even colored mixture is obtained
