Superb Epoxy Grout
Premium Epoxy Grout is a 100% solid epoxy grout that is stain-free, color-fast, chemical-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing for use with ceramic tile, vitrified tiles, marble, and stone. It’s perfect for places where the fixtures or furnishings will be subjected to rough treatment, such as homes and businesses.
Advantages: Water-cleanable when new; won’t crack or powder; won’t absorb stains; will retain its color over time; will resist chemicals and extreme temperatures; will not fade.
Surface Preparation:
- For optimal results when grouting tile, the substrate temperature should be between 60 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Keep it warm until the Premium Epoxy has cured completely (in 24 to 72 hours).
- When fine surface porosity may retain fine cement particles or color pigments, using grout release over some types of porcelain or textured surface tiles or stone may be beneficial. Before you begin grouting, it is recommended that you consult with the tile or stone manufacturer and do on-site tests using mockups.
- Scrub the tile or stone to get rid of any dirt, dust, mortar, adhesive, or other debris that could stain the grout.
WHERE TO USE:
- Most ceramic, porcelain, and quarry tiles; acid-resistant floor brick, pavers, and natural-stone tile.
- For use in interior floor and wall grouting in both homes and businesses.
- In high-traffic buildings like airports, shopping centers, and subways
- Use on countertops, vanities, and lab tabletops wherever stain-resistant grout is desired.
- The natural stones marble, granite, and slate are composed of a wide variety of minerals. We can't predict how the material will respond to the corrosive substances in the pits. Similarly, we can't influence what goes into making agglomerates or how they're made. Therefore, before beginning the installation, make sure all of the materials are suitable. A trial run of the real installation is recommended to make sure everything goes as planned.
MAINTENANCE:
- Regular cleaning can only be done once the grout has fully hardened.
- All grout products are manufactured to rigid specifications. Tile floors should be cleaned with a neutral pH cleaner and then rinsed with clean water to retain their pristine appearance.
- In order to keep the tile surface in good condition, you should avoid using any chemicals that are too strong, and you should always check with the manufacturer before using a cleaning product. To prevent grout deterioration from fatty acid exposure, wipe or rinse the grout surface.

PROTECTION:
- Because propane gas heaters will yellow epoxy, refrain from using such heaters or properly vent all exhaust.
- Do not disturb , grout or walk over tiles for at least 24 hrs after setting.
- Grout should be cured for at least 72 hrs. before routine cleaning.
- Premium Grout should be cured for at least 10 to 14 days at 73F (23C) before water immersion or exposure to chemicals.
- Longer times will be needed for colder temperatures.
